This house was purchased by Robert Fowler as a, "tear down" in 1996 and, as it was in sound structural condition, (though neglected for many years) it was a prime candidate for renovation and expansion. The entire interior, including all walls, was stripped bare and the rear was extended to convert the structure to a two bedroom, two bath home.

The project has become somewhat of a neighborhood oddity as it is one of the last single family dwellings, (with a back yard no less) in an area where almost all other properties have been converted to multi-unit townhouse developments.
